Mike built one of the largest office liquidation companies in the US, supporting companies such as Google and Qualcomm. He brings in-depth strategic and leadership experience to assist our clients in creating growth in Mindset, Sales, Marketing and Leadership. As an avid golfer, Mike’s business wisdom is featured in the book, Golf Course Millionaire. Mike loves giving back and is dedicated to creating transformation in people’s lives.
Josh Canova - Chief Operations Officer
Josh Canova, Chief Operations Officer, brings his entrepreneurial strength to PGN. He is a growth strategist with over 20 years of success helping businesses communicate their value, improve their efficiency and increase sales. He scaled a successful production company that produced creative content for many of the world’s most influential brands with work featured in the Super Bowl and The Academy Awards. He is the best-selling author of Mind Your Own Business and a musician that has licensed his work for film and network television.
Melissa Woods - Director of Mentoring
Melissa has directed our Mentoring Department for the past 7 years. Her career started in the late eighties when she founded JW Tumbles, a children’s gym, which she expanded into a hugely successful franchise with over 40 locations in 5 countries worldwide. She wrote the book on creating a thriving franchise (literally): Secrets of Franchise Success covers everything needed to grow a national or global company franchise. Melissa Woods helps CEOs define the qualities that will turn their ordinary businesses into extraordinary businesses – through marketing, sales, business development, training and customer service.

Louie is a Serial Entrepreneur, Business Mentor, Nationally Featured TV, and Media Personality, Public Speaker, Mentor, and Philanthropist. Louie is CEO of the nationally recognized real estate company that has over $145 million dollars in personal sales and leads a dynamic growing team with offices in San Diego, CA, Newport Beach, CA, and Santa Fe / Albuquerque NM. From 1990 to 2006, Louie Ortiz ran a manufacturing company of high-end custom acrylic aquariums for zoos, public aquariums, and consumer use worldwide.
In 1991, Tammy launched her family’s first restaurant, Pat & Oscar’s in Carmel Mountain Ranch with 8 employees and went on to open 18 with their team of 1,400 employees. She sold a majority of their shares to Sizzler International for $30 million dollars. Over the next 2 years, she and her team built an additional 10 restaurants before exiting the business. She just launched a brand new restaurant in Temecula. Tammy brings her savvy for scaling quickly, building rockstar teams, and driving high-profit margins for business owners.
Jim has started 6 companies and has raised millions of dollars for his ventures over the past 30 years, and has successfully exited businesses totaling $85 million in returns for his investors and partners. He has also worked with Apple Inc., Creative Technologies, Arbitron/VNU Media, and Global Entertainment Holdings. Jim is passionate about assisting small business owners create and scale their ventures in an ethical and profitable way, and brings a distinctive Silicon Valley way of thinking and business approach to his clients.
Clifford A. Bailey
Clifford A. Bailey has run a Managed Services Provider Company since 1983 specializing in network consulting, infrastructure management and monitoring, IT data architecture, cybersecurity, and IT Staff outsourcing. He is an advocate for small businesses and a driving force in community reconciliation and development. Mr. Bailey is a leader devoted to education, employment, and economic development, and is active with organizations that share these same passions. He is on the National Minority Business Enterprise Input Committee (NMBEIC) Immediate Past Chair for the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC).
Giles, from London, England, brings 34 years of coaching experience to Pinnacle and has helped hundreds of new and high-level CEOs to significant business growth. A digital marketing expert, he's also an built of a successful Skincare company, has launched 11 Amazon Bestselling products and has helped multiple clients achieve Amazon Bestselling Author status. He has proven experience in creating highly profitable customer experience strategies, e-commerce analysis, email marketing conversion funnels; SEO, operations & project management, sales training, and a track record of helping his clients build strong strategic partnerships.
Gila is a #1 international bestselling author, serial entrepreneur, and the co-founder of the award-winning, highly recognizable lifestyle brand for dog lovers which she and her husband have taken from a startup to a seven-figure company. Stewart has mentored hundreds of business owners from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups over the last several decades. Armed with an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business, he has run several of his own successful companies and has decades of experience in marketing, management, leadership, finance, operations, strategic planning, mindset, and more.
Rachel brings to Pinnacle her high-level of expertise in federal contracting, private sector consulting, and workforce management. Rachel is the founder and CEO of a management consulting firm that she started 20 years ago with a single contract and has grown it to an award-winning, high-performing business with numerous contracts and several million dollars in annual revenue. Her company was recognized twice by the U.S. Department of Energy as the Woman-Owned Small Business of the Year. Rachel was named the 2020 Huntington Beach Business Woman of the Year.
Phil has committed his life to helping high-level business owners overcome their biggest mental blocks and unlock their full potential. Since starting his first company at 18 (which he sold to pursue his college career), Phil has guided business leaders of all kinds to greater performance levels. He has trained more than 4,000 individuals and Fortune 1,000 management teams in leadership and strategic coaching. Marshall is the CEO of the largest independent provider of calibration services serving the construction materials industry in the U.S. Under his leadership, he has grown this worldwide company by nearly 2,000% since he took control in 1999. Tracey Royal is a marketing maestro with an intuitive understanding of creative strategy and expert execution. She’s transformed a homemade cake recipe into an “O List” holiday dessert in the O, The Oprah Magazine. Tracey is the CEO and Founder of a marketing communications firm that has helped multiple businesses expand their companies by telling their unique stories. In addition to working at several Fortune 500 and top media companies, she has an MS in Integrated Marketing Strategy from Northwestern University and completed the Executive Program at the Graduate School of Sales and Marketing Management at Syracuse University.

Becky is an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year winner and is a serial entrepreneur that has founded and built several 7 and 8-figure businesses. The first company was started in her kitchen and was built from scratch to an international company with over $25 million in annual sales with no outside funding. Her company manufactured all the products and set up an Asia supply chain for key materials. She is an expert in building brands and creating organizations and systems for CEOs to manage their companies as they scale. She also has deep knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce and an understanding of how to expand product lines in national big-box accounts. As such, she understands the challenges of cash flow, supply chain management, and manufacturing.

Greg Provance runs a full-service restaurant and hospitality consulting firm and is the author of BUTTS in SEATS: how to create raving fans who come back again and again. In addition to being a consulting partner for Everbowl, Southern California’s fastest growing fast casual chain, Greg owns several restaurants in the San Diego area and serves as a principal consultant and advisor for restaurants across the country.
