We have a simple and supportive onboarding process. Once your New Member Assessment is complete, we will begin strategically matching you to your Mentor. Your Mentor will reach out to schedule your first two Discovery Sessions. Then your mentoring will begin!
Step 1: Schedule Your Structure Call
This 45-minute call with the Pinnacle Support Team will walk you through what to expect, who to contact, how to access our tools, and make sure everything is set up correctly for success on your scaling journey!
Step 2: Register For Your Vision Workshop
The Vision Workshop is designed to strengthen your foundation as you begin to scale your business. Craft and enhance your vision while navigating the SCALEit® framework and tools, setting the stage for the work you’ll do with your mentor. Leave with clarity and understanding of how your business vision fuels your life vision, and how to align your team with a shared future vision for your business.
Step 3: Watch Allison Maslan Explain The SCALEit Method®
The SCALEit Method® is our proprietary process to help you move through “The 5 Phases of Scaling” so you can transition from being a Ringleader into living like a Visionary. There are 5 Key Pillars in the SCALEit Method®. Strategic Vision, Cash Flow, Alliance of the Team, Leadership, and Execution. All 5 must be strengthened and optimized to move you to the next phase.
